ILS cooking class has begun! Aimee, Brenda and Jen had a fantastic time making Aimee’s secret recipe for Hummus. We began with coffee time and ended our time together with eating the goods. Both Brenda and Jen went home with their own container of hummus to snack on for the week. *Try mixing hummus with noodles and thinly slices veggies.

Happy International Women's Day to the amazing, strong, kind and compassionate women in our community! We need women who are so strong they can be gentle, so educated they can be humble, so fierce they can be compassionate, so passionate they can be rational, and so disciplined they can be free. We've just had the very best news! Sarah is home safe and sound, after getting lost on her hike and spending two very cold nights in the woods. We are so very grateful for a positive outcome, and thank you for keeping Sarah in your prayers today.
