We've been to several locations that have been using bleach to disinfect. While it is very inexpensive to mix it down there are a few concerns with it... Are you using chlorine bleach or oxygen bleach? What is the effect on the respiratory systems of those breathing it in? What effect does it have on the equipment you are applying it to? Corrosion and oxidization are concerns for equipment longevity. Make sure you have the proper protective equipment of you are applying it to your space. This means the surface has to be wet, with the fluid from the wipe, for 10 minutes before it kills the pathogen. After wiping the counter it was dry in 4.5 minutes and would not have killed everything on the surface.
