Voici la march...e à suivre à votre arrivée au salon: * Si vous présentez des symptômes de la Covid-19 vous devez annuler votre rendez-vous. * Vous devez vous présenter seul à votre rendez-vous en tout temps. * Le port du masque est obligatoire. Si vous vous présenter à votre rendez-vous sans masque, il vous sera fourni à la porte. * À votre arrivée, nous vous demandons d’attendre un petit signe de notre part pour entrer dans l’établissement. S’il vous plaît respecter l’heure exacte de votre rendez-vous. * Vous devez vous désinfecter les mains à la nouvelle station prévue à cet effet. * La nourriture/boisson ne sera plus permise dans le salon. * Nous devons limiter l’utilisation de la salle de bain, mais celle-ci restera accessible en cas d’urgence. Vous allez devoir la désinfecter vous même avant et après l’utilisation. * Pour éviter tout risque de contamination inutile, nous vous demandons d’apporter le moins d’effets personnels possible. * On vous demande de respecter la distanciation sociale en tout temps. * Vous observerai une augmentation de frais de service entre 7 et 20 dollars. * Dorénavant, un frais de 3% vous sera chargé pour les paiements avec carte de crédit. * À partir du 23 juin 2020, si vous manquez un rendez-vous sans nous avertir à l’avance, nous vous imposerons un frais additionnel à votre prochaine visite. Un frais de 50% de la valeur totale du service manqué sera rajouté sur votre prochaine facture. You must come alone. * Wearing a mask is mandatory. If you do not have one, it will be provided to you at the door. * When you arrive, please do not enter the salon until we advise you to come in. * All clients must use hand sanitizer which will be provided at the door. * No food or drinks will be permitted in the salon. * We will limit use of the washroom, but it will be accessible for emergencies. It will be your responsibility to disinfect before and after use. * To prevent contamination, please avoid bringing too many personal items with you. * It is mandatory to respect social distancing at all times. * There will be an increase in the price of our services, which will be between 7 and 20 dollars. * From now on, all clients that use a credit card for payment will be charged an additional fee of 3%. * As of June 23rd 2020, we will demand a no show fee if you miss your appointment without notifying us. According to the service that you would have received, 50% of that amount will be charged to you at your next visit.

**English message follows** Comme mentionné par Doug Ford ce matin, la réouverture des salons de coiffure fait partie de la phase 2 du plan de déconfinement de l’Ontario. Afin de pouvoir réorganiser le salon (selon les mesures de distanciation) et mettre à jour le livre de rendez-vous, la date de réouverture officielle de l’Atelier sera le 23 juin 2020. This is to advise you that l’Atelier will officially open on June 23rd 2020, as we have to reorganize the salon according to the new regulations. If you have an appointment scheduled before the 23rd, it will not be respected since we have to rearrange your visit at the salon. All clients will be contacted prior to the 23rd.
