‘I believe that my Redeemer liveth, and that I shall stand up from the earth at the latter day, And in my flesh shall I see God my Saviour. Whom I shall see for... myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another. And in my flesh shall I see God my Saviour.’ (Matins Responsory, November 2nd) See more

What a wonderful hymn this is and few know that it is a CATHOLIC hymn written by 14c monk Bianco de Sienna. Most people associate it with being Anglican because they do it so well and because of the majestic and glorious tune Down Ampney by Ralph Vaughn Williams. It will be the closing hymn for tomorrow, the 20th Sunday after Pentecost. But why did CBWII remove the third verse? Was it that we should not weep with loathing for "what we have failed to do?" http://trinitylafayette.com//behind-the-hymn-come-down-o-l

The "red book" does not contain all the Sunday Proper prayers. It is generic and uses that of the Feast of the Most Holy Trinity. https://www.baroniuspress.com/category.php?wid=59&cid=2
It's important to have a Missal with all the Propers. An alternative to a full pew Missal. https://www.birettabooks.com/latin-mass-companion.html
For our Catholic charismatic friends :)
