Bilingual Information Service for the Public (Laval) - Help and Support Through Access to Services Laval residents have access to a new call-centre-based service which provide users with the help and support they need to access the services to which they are entitled. Call: 1 877 476-6112 or ... Email: [email protected] Available from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, except on statutory holidays. The CISSS de Laval was made aware that residents were sometimes having problems and encountering obstacles when looking for information. The service was launched in response to these issues. We are convinced that adding this information service for the public will not only help residents obtain the information and support they need but also improve the level of satisfaction of the Laval population and users in terms of the care and services they receive from our organization, said Chantal Friset, Acting President and CEO of the CISSS de Laval.

Virtual Youth Event -4th Edition To end this very special year and sweep 2020 under the rug, join a virtual party on December 19 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. live from the Laval Libraries YouTube channel! On the program: an urban dance performance Krump with the choreographer and performer 7Starr, a quiz, a humorous number, all hosted by none other than Richardson Zéphir. Everything is in place for virtual fun! You have the chance to win numerous attendance prizes such as a Nintendo switch lite, Skullcandy wireless headphones and board games. During the month of October 2020, 600 young people were reached through a class tour (20 classes from secondary 1 to 5 from 3 schools) or via an online survey (150 respondents). The objectives were to better understand what they are going through; their awareness of Laval resources via Have you my number? and propose courses of action to organizations to meet the needs of young people . Here is a summary:
