Today is Orange Shirt Day. A day that raises awareness for the victims of the residential school system. Everyone is encouraged to wear their orange shirt to honor those affected by this great tragedy and to recognize the long-lasting effects this had and still has on Canada’s Indigenous communities. - Today we stand as a team, in orange, out of respect for those who were impacted.
