This beautiful lady is Mable! She’s an 9month old Golden Retriever in our off leash basics course who just graduated with flying colours. Her humans write I have a 9 month old golden retriever who for the most part was great but pulled on walks and had mediocre recall, the difference I saw in her after the first lesson was incredible, and even more so after the second. I highly recommend Dana at lead right dog training, she is amazing and has made it so I can confid...ently take my puppy on off leash walks and walk with a perfect heel. Today’s daily dose of cuteness These two little pups are having some fun in the sun puppy play time after a lesson! Theo is a 5 month old black lab puppy in our private lesson program and Penny is a 16 week old St.Bernard in our board and train program. Proper socialization skills are so important and we just love watching our clients make new friends...and tire each other out!

This little fella came with a great BIG bark!...or at least he came with a lot of them! Our newest board and train Koda is a 3 year old Chihuahua/Terrier mix with an attitude that was 3 times the size of his little body! As you can see in the video below, he exhibits significant reactivity towards dogs and people. Keep an eye out for his after video to see the AMAZING progress this awesome little dude has made! Happy Friday!!!! Check out these beauties! These 4 amazing pups are here in for 2 week Board and Train. Penny -4 Month old St Bernard Puppy is in for obedience and to curb some pesky puppy behaviours like barking, digging, and accidents. ... Enzo- 10 month old Doberman is also in for obedience as well as curbing some leash reactivity. CJ - an approximately 1.5yr Pitty Mastiff X who was recently rescued. She is in for dog reactivity. It is believed she doesn’t have much experience at all with dogs. Koda- a 3 year old Chihuahua Terrier X who is in for human and dog aggression. Welcome this beautiful crew and keep and eye out for their progress!

Hello handsome, hello handful!! Kota is a 11 month old, 120LB lab/rottie mix. He also happens to be a giant ball of puppy love and puppy attitude!! (which essentially meant before training what are rules even?). Though sweet as sugar, Kota was getting so strong and excitable for his human to handle.... Enter our head trainer here at Lead Right Dog Training to help teach this big boy some manners! Below, you’ll see a great example of just how beneficial PLACE COMMAND can be, especially for our excitable puppy pals! We thought it was so beneficial in fact, that we’re working on a place command how to video for all you dog lovers out there! Keep an eye out!! Hells Bells! Our newest board and train Bella came to us for her dog and human reactivity. A miniature poodle who was 7 lbs of lunging, barking, and hair! She barked at everyone and everything who passed her, outside or in the car. Her family didn’t feel secure bringing her anywhere! She would even guard her crate and her mom and lunge at anyone who came close to her. ... After an extensive 2 week board and train she can calmly walk past people, dogs, and any other distractions. She keeps a calm place command even with shoppers around and constantly looks to her dad for great leadership! Now a joy to take out and about, we’re so proud to see her transformation! Happy Easter from the adorable Theo! Theo is a 5 month old Black Lab puppy in our private lesson program. He is learning heeling skills, staying down when excited, place command, and much more!... Look out for his video of his walk at the busy waterfront, he is doing so well! Yay Theo!

Brisket was brought in for some private lessons because he couldn’t walk near another dog without growling, lunging, and barking. Once he got worked up it was nearly impossible for his mom to calm him down. This little meatball was serving up some heavyweight dog reactivity! *When we decided to turn the camera on he showed less of his aggression (normally he’s baring his teeth) but you can he see his still highly reactive. ... This video is shot all on the same day using e-collar and strong leadership. Brisket and his mom are now well on their way to be able to enjoy their walks together I guess you could say that Brisket was cured... well not after just 1 lesson, but soon! All puns aside, we’re so proud of this guy and his mom and look forward to seeing their continued progress. This handsome stud Gus just completed his 2 week board and train here at Lead Right. When he arrived he was insecure, reactive, and such a whiney guy let me tell you. But NOW he is calm, collected, and a friggin superstar. Keep an eye out for his videos coming soon!

Can we get a collective Awww! for Mister?! Mister is a 1.5 year old male chihuahua/Italian greyhound mix rescued from the rough streets of LA. He was brought to us for reactivity, fear management, and general leash and home manners. He arrived being afraid of everything from joggers to sticks. But just look at this well-behaved, brave boy now after just 5 private lessons! In addition to behaviour redirection, his dad wanted to be able to take him running beside the b...icycle. Nothing like a girl and her dog This is Enzo, a 9 month old Doberman in our Offleash Basics course on E-Collar. His handler has taught him all sorts of tricks and skills but unfortunately was never able to walk him, he was just too strong and rambunctious on the leash. ... Now have just 2 sessions she is confidently walking him in a perfect heel. She is a awesome littler handler and leader to her pup, can’t wait to see what level they take their training to next!

How do you challenge your dogs ability to stay in a command? Here we have board and train Gus rocking a down stay with great focus. We have somebody calling him and offering food, and myself excitedly not only running past him but JUMPING OVER him! Like a boss he nails it!
