Covid-19 Update! Hello Fellow Clients, As we are heading into the grey zone again we just wanted to let you know what we are going to be continuing to do to keep our staff as well as our clients safe!!... We will still be open Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm. We ask that you still remain in your vehicles and call us to let us know you are here. We will still be operating under locked door policy and you will not be allowed in the clinic with your pet. With the changing weather we ask that if you do have a mobile phone to bring it and make sure it’s handy while you wait. Majority of the communication between you and Dr Dana or Dr Bhargav will be via telephone consults. We ask that you call in advance to order food, meds, and anything else you need and IF POSSIBLE pay with a credit card over the telephone prior to picking them up. We are working on getting a handheld debit/credit machine to make our lives and yours easier. Please stay safe out there and know we will be updating you when and if anything changes!

What’s better on Friday the 13th than a bunch of puppy visits! Today our afternoon was packed with 13 new puppy patients both big and little! We are so excited to take care of your fur babies. Thanks for trusting our awesome team!

A happy farewell to this 77 year old man (yes 77!!) who has been a staple in the veterinary community for so many years! Happy retirement Dr Leonn! And another big warm welcome to our Wheatley clients Mary Jo and her warm smile and contagious laugh are still here for you!

The end of something great....today marks the last day for our sister clinic, the Wheatley Animal Clinic. It is credit card only-we apologize but our safety is important. No walk-ins at this time and electives have been cancelled for the time being. COVID-19 UPDATE: Our provincial government has deemed veterinary care essential (yay!) at this time. Following that, we are continuing to reduce services that are not deemed necessary to support human and animal health in the state of a public health emergency. Please be aware we are taking this very seriously and have the following protocol in place. 1. Hours. ... We are open Monday- Friday 8-4pm and Saturday 9-12pm. Dr. Dana and staff are doing their best to meet the needs of our clients and pets. Please be kind. Some services are put on pause only! 2. Our doors are locked. Absolutely no one will be allowed in our clinic besides their pet at this time. We are not accepting walk-ins. Please call the clinic and we can address any concerns you have. We are still providing curb side drop offs and pick ups. 3. If you have traveled in the last 14 days out of country or show symptomsCALL the clinic! Telemedicine with Dr. Dana is available and we will do our best to help you out. 4. We are ONLY ACCEPTING CREDIT CARD as a form of payment at this time. I understand how frustrating this is but unfortunately our safety is a priority. 5. Please be kind. I cannot stress this enough! We are in uncertain times and our team is working hard to keep your animals healthy and meet the needs our clients. Getting upset with our staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
