We are excited to announce Legion TKD will be running classes in Hanna beginning Tuesday September 15. Things may look a little different this year as we adjust our operations due to COVID. What are some changes you can expect? - no parents/non-students permitted in facility to watch classes - students are required to have a mask (and wear it) during close contact training like sparring, one-steps, and self-defenses... - wellness checks will be completed prior to classes, and no student with signs of illness will be permitted to attend - class size limits will be in place to ensure adequate physical distancing is maintained. Early registration (via DM or text) is encouraged Our 2020/21 COVID operations guidelines are attached to this post for your information. What will be staying the same? - same mix of curriculum, with a focus on building mental and physical discipline - same level of dedicated instruction, with enthusiastic and professional instructors - same positive training environment appropriate for all fitness and experience levels Have questions? We will be opening the fitness facility on Friday, June 12. There will be no staffed hours and drop ins will not be permitted. At this time, we are not planning... any group fitness classes. We will provide an update if we move forward with a summer TKD session. Any member who would like to restart their gym membership should text Matt at 403 821 1690 with: - picture of door card - confirmation of credit card information We will reactivate members remotely, and will be signing up new members by appointment only beginning next week. Please respect physical distancing recommendations by staying 2 metres apart from other members, and practice good hygeine by wiping down all equipment after use, including dumbells and medicine balls. If you are sick, stay home. We look forward to seeing you all again, and to providing a safe, comfortable, and mosquito free workout zone!
