In response to our earlier post regarding new practices we will be temporarily adopting. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience to all our clients affected. We currently have chosen to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and clients. If you are unable to wear a face mask, please consider wearing a face shield. Also, please keep in mind this is a temporary measure. We will resume normal service once restrictions are lifted in Toronto and the surrounding areas.... After the restrictions are lifted, any individuals unable to wear a face covering are welcomed to return to our salon. We will continue to closely monitor any new guidelines or updates released by the Government and Public Health and make appropriate actions. As a small, family owned business, we are within our rights to implement and enforce any policy in an effort to protect the health and safety of our staff and clients. The exemptions in the bylaw protect individuals from being fined for not wearing a face covering if you fall under that exemption. It DOES NOT mean you are guaranteed entry to a business especially if we don't feel comfortable that we can maintain the health and safety of other clients and employees. Our business is considered a non-essential service and we hope that by taking these extra precautions (in light of the rising number of COVID related cases) will enable us to continue to operate. These measures are temporary and we will resume normal services once Toronto returns to Stage 3. Please understand that this isn't a personal attack against anyone with a medical condition or disability- we are doing what we feel is best to protect our clients, staff, and business.

Due to rising numbers of COVID cases, Le Nails will be making changes in an effort to continue protecting our staff and clients. With the new bylaw, a face covering is now required at all times. If you are unable to wear a face mask due to a medical condition, please consider wearing a face shield instead. We will be temporarily refusing service to clients who are unable to wear a face covering (mask or shield).... We will also temporarily suspend upper lip or chin waxing. Due to the continued limited capacity in the salon, we are reminding clients to book an appointment or call ahead before arriving at our salon. We are also asking friends or partners to wait outside or in their cars. Our new hours of operation are now in effect: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 7pm. Weekend hours remain the same. Thank you for your continued effort to help us keep staff and clients safe! We appreciate all the support and understanding during this time. https://news.ontario.ca//ontario-implementing-additional-p https://www.toronto.ca//covid-19-orders-directives-by-la/

As of this Friday, July 17th, Region of Waterloo is entering stage 3 of the reopening efforts! This means we will be able to offer waxing services! At this time we will only be offering facial waxing services (no body waxing). Protocols for waxing will be similar to our nail services- we ask that clients please wash or sanitize upon entering the salon. We'll take you name and phone number at the wax station prior to service for contact tracing purposes. Staff will be wearing ...face shield during the service. Due to capacity, for clients looking for waxing services, please notify us first and wait outside until we are able to take you in.
