BASEMENT MAKEOVER! Hello friends, I wanted to share this project with you today. This basement was partially unfinished with very little lighting. Lend A Hand finished the ceiling by covering the support beams, added a drop-down ceiling with pot lights and painted the complete area. Don't forget that ceiling fans are useful in the winter too. Here is an upgrade from a basic ceiling light to a fan to help with winter as well as summer air flow. Fans have a directional switch on them, remember to switch to either winter time or summer time use. Thanks for the business!

Basement renovation of duplex rental. Everything existing in basement was removed back to the concrete walls. Lend A Hand constructed new living space in basement. All new framing, 2 areas of support beams raised., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, new flooring, drywall, painting and trim - to finished end product.
