The DOVEE Project 25.01.2021

Whether you are new here (welcome! ), or you want to support Dr. Lucy Gilbert and her team by spreading awareness about their cause, this is what you should know about the DOvEE Project: DOvEE stands for Diagnosing Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer Early (DOvEE) and this project is one of the only of its kind in the world. The DOvEE project was founded by Dr. Lucy Gilbert. She and her team of medical professionals are working to stop ovarian and endometrial cancers in the...ir tracks by increasing the awareness of symptoms through satellite testing clinics around Montreal and offering free fast-tracked diagnostic testing to symptomatic women without a doctor’s referral. Dr. Gilbert and her team have also pushed the early screening of ovarian and endometrial cancers one step further by developing a test that provides a safe and minimally invasive method to detect ovarian and endometrial cancers at an earlier stage than currently possible with existing tests, with the potential to increase survival rates. This test will be available in the form of a controlled clinical trial soon. By sharing this information, you can help us in this fight! Together we can make a difference
