One thing that has helped me is to challnage myself each day to do something that makes me uncomfortable... that’s a healthy boundary meaning that the phone call - I don’t want to make ... Hope in my opinion is the bringer of light xo Sometimes when things get rough - situations or conversation.. My ma has been going through old albums - I love this pic - it captures me . I have always had a love for animals - especially kitties . This is Rupert - he was deaf and the best boy ever . It’s amazing as I am now 44- I look back on this picture and fast forward to today. I am happy . My soul is free . Amongst the most stressful and challenging of times . ... I am proudly married -19 years this July xo I love cats . I have a cheesy smile xo I was creative - see the blocks in this photo . Lol I am free , free of judgment of myself and others as I really believe we are all one . - Human xo No matter what life has shown me the past 44 years - I embrace life and am present . I choose to be open and free . Not always to everyone’s ideals as to what that means - that’s ok with me as I am honouring my soul . I honour this little girl in the picture who now as a woman sees how precious she was and is .
