Executive Administrative Assistant Lifesaver 101 First Aid & CPR Training We are currently seeking top talent for a fantastic Executive Administrative Assistant job opening at Lifesaver 101 In this full-time, permanent, career opportunity, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to a senior Executive along with some additional ad hoc support to a diverse team in a fast paced, small, established company. As an Executive Administrative As...sistant, you will use your skills and experience to provide high level support while multi-tasking and prioritizing the work and needs at hand. Please note the core hours for this position would be 9am 5pm, Monday through Friday. The Executive Administrative Assistant job may include but are not limited to: Provide high level calendar management with emphasis on proactive planning. Scheduling internal and external client course dates Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, rosters and send out daily Contact clients on the new booking forms and confirm their class enrollments Manage expenses, enter, and process expense reports with accuracy in a timely manner Assisting with event planning and coordination throughout the year (more so post-covid) Communicating with clients via phone, in-person and email; this includes internal and external clients Perform various office administrative/coordinator functions; assist in the needs of a small office setting which can include but not be limited to, couriers, mail support, office supplies, etc. Travel to various location Able to manage and engage in social media Some of the skills and qualifications for this Executive Administrative Assistant Position Demonstrated Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant experience - preferably 2+ years Advanced Microsoft Office skills Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Interest and ability to learn systems quickly Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Flexible and positive attitude A positive, can-do and self-motivated worker with the ability to work together as a team as well A high level of trust and discretion always Must own a vehicle Access to social media This is a permanent position. Starting at $17.50/hour up to $20/hour based on experience.
