We are so happy to have patients back during our staged-in approach to dental care. Your health and safety is our top priority. Here are just a few reminders: If you are sick or have any symptoms such as a cough, runny nose, or fever, call the clinic at 613-542-3551 and reschedule. Wear the mask we provide to you upon arrival to the clinic.... Use hand sanitizer as you arrive and before leaving. Maintain a two meter distance between individuals in the clinic. Please follow the signs. If there are more than two people in the reception area, stay outside. We will inform you as soon as the reception is clear. Leave the clinic immediately once your work is done. If you are dropping off a patient, please wait in the car. Be considerate about your appointment times to allow unhurried attention. If you need to use the washroom, let the receptionist know as we will be sanitizing the bathrooms after each use. To the best of your ability, do not move around in the clinic. Use the hand sanitizer provided at the reception area before and after using the pen.. Thank you. Together we can do this.

Your next visit with us will be new and different in some ways, but you can expect the same care, attention, and concern for you and your dental health. Some big things you will notice are fewer staff, fewer wait room chairs to assure physical distancing & to keep patients to a minimum, lexan glass screen in place, a state-of-the-art air purification system, and a member of our staff will greet you with another health screen about your state of health & travel (you will be asked these questions when we book your appointment, too), and your temperature will be taken. You may also be asked to wait in your car until your appointment. Our goal is to ensure your safety & that of our team. To ensure patient and staff safety, things will look different upon re-opening. We have a new SteriSimple Sterilization log system, have put in new safety measures & structures, & our team will have had an N95 face mask fitting, just to name a few things. Our regulatory body (Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario) has given us a new directive that is evidence-based & informed by our partners & stakeholders in health care. Simply put, In accordance with this directive, we are currently permitted to provide in-person care for all your dental needs.
