Our Meaty beef shanks are just the job for beef soups or stews and are $2lb off the regular price. Use the slow cooker or hot pot. We have Free Range 1/2 Chickens $1lb off a pound and they meaty 1/2's weigh 3.25-4.5lbs each and are full of tasty meat, easy to roast (cut side down on a bed of veg) only $4.85lb. Thank you to our customers who have been supporting us either at our meat shop, New Glasgow Farmers market or at our "Meat ups". This week we have smoked Pork Chops and... So not only do we raise all our pigs from birth to finish & grow their feed needs but our youngest son Tristan does most of the cutting. Here is a video of the break down on a side of pork.
