Shepard’s pie hand pie (we ate them with a beef gravy) Chicken curry hand pie made with coconut milk and veggies Mushroom and leek hand pies with a wine/cream sayce and gruyère and Parmesan cheeses - that even the non mushroom lovers ate and enjoyed. ... All in a flaky butter crust! You guys already saw the veggie curry one earlier! You can find all of these at the bakery trailer on rotation once I’m FINALLY able to open! I’ll be testing more flavours this week/weekend so keep an eye out for more menu sneak peeks

Baking macarons over here today has been a roller coaster New equipment is always a learning experience but I finally have had some success with them and am sooooo excited to be here right now! If you haven’t pre-ordered your Easter box yet, head on over to the shop. Only a few left with Primrose & Willow dried arrangements and pre-orders end at 5pm today!

I made a batch of red velvet cheesecake brownies to test out a recipe and while they were good, they aren’t there yet. Tweaking the recipe today and trying again.

Here they are guys! Mini chocolate mousse cups. They’re about 3.5 oz in size topped with whipped cream. They come with cute little silver spoons and the containers and spoons are both re-useable. I’ll add them to the shop now for you guys to order for pickup today They’re $2.25 each.

Week 2 of Kingston Holiday Market starts in 15 minutes and I’ve added a couple new things for this week: hot chocolate bombs and classic pecan butter tarts are a couple of examples so celebratory champagne and oops- sneak peek of new stickers Last weekend of the market was a smashing success and because of all you guys I’m insanely busy which is EVERYTHING! And ... my chocolate shipped today so that’s cause for celebration, right? Happy Thursday

Since I’m still waiting on my chocolate order, I had to make this new batch of candy cane hot cocoa bombs with milk chocolate drizzle instead of white chocolate. #usewhatyougot they’ll be up on the store soon

Just added 6 more Mermaid hot cocoa bombs to the store I’ve got my order in for more hot chocolate so I’m hoping to make lots more of all the flavours soon!!!
