You ARE worth it! I use to think that it was too expensive. I use to think that the money was best spent elsewhere. That I need to prioritize everything else first... (Bills, kids, family...) Now, I have realized that by putting ME first, I give my best self to by family and friends. I have: ... -More energy for my kids... I love chasing them around the park! -I don't feel "burnt out" by lunch. -My dependency on sugar is gone. -Watching my kids eat their veggies an love it.... Blows my mind! -I've lost weight. Although, this isn't my priority. It is a benefit. A really great one because it boosts my confidence, which makes me happier! Is this your way of thinking? Do you want to change that? I am always working on myself. Every 2 weeks I take photo's of myself so I can track my progress. I am SO glad I did. My scale the last to weeks barely moved down. Only 1lb to be exact BUT I started to strength train, because my goal is to be STRONGER, healthier, happier. Weight loss is just a side effect for me. Do you have goals like mine? I never realized the importance of water and the side effects of drinking more. I didn’t realize that by drinking water I would: Get more energy have healthier skin crave LESS sugar lose weight. Like a LOT of it ... I always had trouble losing weight. I never understood how certain foods helped my body be better. I hated to exercise because it never got me anywhere. BUT I recently started a program that has helped my figure this out. It’s NOT a diet. It IS lifestyle change. It TEACHES you about the food you are putting into your body. It makes you aware and think before you eat. Honestly I could go on and on about this. I have found success and want to help others find the same thing. Comment below if you want more info.
