Your A1C is a lab test that measures blood sugar control over a 3 month period. Aim for a result of 7% or less by keeping your blood sugars between 4-7 mmol/L fasting and 5-10 mmol/L 2 hours after a meal. Take our Living with Diabetes Workshop to learn more about the A1c and other ...tips for staying healthy with diabetes. https://lmcvirtual.as.me/schedule.php Check out our latest post on the LMC Blog where our patients share their own personal advice with others living with diabetes to help them achieve their A1c target! https://www.lmc.ca//sharing-results-and-advice-from-our-d/ #NDAM #LMCHealthcare #DiabetesCare #A1C #DiabetesCommunity
