Often we are consumed with managing our day to day tasks and don't take time to focus on what we envision our personal or professional life to look like. How often do you step back and work on you? Last week I spent two days outside of the city facilitating (and participating) in a team retreat - my client put together the agenda. Day 1 focused on what you need... and your personal growth.
