COVID UPDATE: With Ottawa moving to the red zone effective today, LOAM will be adjusting our capacity to a maximum of 10 customers (not inclusive of staff) in the studio at one time. Potters who’s visit times or Date Nights have been impacted so far have been contacted and we will continue to assess the situation and contact those who may be impacted in the future closer to the time. All classes in our Late-Winter session will continue as planned. To ensure a safe experience for everyone, we ask for open studio potters to book your space prior to your visit and arrive and depart on time. This is the latest from the Government Website "The enhanced public health and workplace safety measures are in effect for all of Ontario and are anticipated to be in place until at least Thursday, February 11, 2021. " Hi Everyone,... Students enrolled in a Winter class at LOAM: Given the new government directive I'm afraid the Winter Classes will have to be cancelled. I will be scheduling the Spring session of classes (after the late winter session) very soon. When the Spring session, which will start in April, is scheduled I will send you the dates and give you the option to either register in spring, get a full refund or get a gift card. If you choose to register in the spring classes you will be given the chance to register before the classes are posted. Open Studio Potters who rent a Shelf: You will not be charged while the studio is closed unless you are bringing work from home to be fired. Open Studio Potters who rent Hourly: The expiring date of your hours will be extended by the length of time the studio is closed. Date Nights on the Wheel If you are registered for a date night on the Wheel, that has to be cancelled, you will have the chance to either reschedule, receive a gift card or get a full refund.
