Yes we are still open. 7 days a week. However we have reduced to stage 1 limits which is 1 household (or alternate contacts for singles) at a time, as well as our retail board game area at 15% although we prefer you pre-book a consult on games or order online for pick up. We do have the benefit of 2 floors of games area so we might in the near future depending on public engagement, as we find every time restrictions are reduced so is games engagement, bring back an extra sta...ff and run 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs on a rotation so know one is contact with another group. I have to give a shout out to our amazing staff who some are still waiting for employment, some have come back a 2-3 times and have been let go or hours reduced greatly with this yo yo approach to covid19. The entertainment and restaurant industry workers and business owners have really had to have a ton of patience and continuous financial adjustments throughout all this which adds to an already stressful environment. Their endurance is not unnoticed! And a huge shout out to our customers who have and continue to support us through this in any way possible; playing games, buying local escape and mystery board games and referring others. Thank you all! FYI keep in mind we not only sanitize every hand held item between games we also UVC light the spaces where it kills all the bacteria in our games and common areas. Stay safe!

As most of you know, the government has released new COVID-19 restrictions. We are working on finding out how Lockdown will be affected by these new safety measures. We will be sure to update all our amazing escapees as soon as we have answers! We appreciate everyone's patience and support during these crazy times. As for now, we are open! We are still using strict policies that have been put into place such as: 1. Staff check temperatures before their shift starts 2. Staff ...sanitize every 15 minutes and before interacting with others 3. We sanitize and clean EACH room after EACH play/interaction 4. Every night we use UVC lights in every area of the facility and rooms to kill bacteria. 5. Our staff are always required to wear a mask. 6. We ask customers to wear a mask in the building and sanitize or wear gloves. 7. We are controlling traffic in the building to ensure groups are not close to each other. 8. We require customers and staff to answer a questionnaire each time they enter the building. 9. We have our game times spread out to also help with traffic control. 10.
