Finally, a laundry room that can make washing dirty laundry even more captivating. Can't decide, charcoal grey or classic white for the pocket pantry door. Will have to use the theme throughout the basement so it deserves contemplation. Dark grey might be the excitement my life needs right now. Cool conversational feature: The ceiling looks like rustic aged barnyard but it's really 30 year old fence boards I uprecycled when I took down last years fence. Double cost savings ...from disposal and huge savings on the wood boards compared to bought in big box stores. Made sure to paint 4'x8'x1/8" mahogany boards flat black inbehind before installing, unfortunately the wood is never 100% straight. We love spraying stucco / popcorn ceilings! Can't tell you how many we've done because there are way too many to remember. You need to have the prep, the equipment and the experience to be able to rejuvenate tired, old and dull stucco ceilings. Its going to make such a difference once the wall and trim paint is completed. The job as a whole will look that much better. Looking forward to transforming this 4 bedroom home in Mississauga. Laundry cabinets, plumbing, drywall and electrical coming along. Recycled grey 30 year fence boards are planned for the ceiling. Wanted to merge 2 contrast tone backsplashes to make a pixel fade effect behind the sink. Will have to eventually figure out how to support a 50lbs black granite undermount double sink. Ideas?

I read somewhere that the laundry room is the least return on investment room...I'd like to challenge that! This shot was pre grout but we've already assembled cabinets. Laundry room was completely rerouted to the opposite side of the basement. Just want to give some context before showing the design ive been working hard on. 9 day kitchen reno..3 days were counter delays. We kept the same layout, just improved on functionality. Kitchens are the heart of the home. Restrictions from long renos can be a nightmare for clients. No 2 renos we do are the same. Thats because we assist clients in designing something that they like.
