The proposed carbon tax by the liberal government will have no real effect if we continue to purchase our ...oil from countries like those in the Middle East. If Trudeau truly wants to limit carbon in the earths atmosphere he should implement a Canada oil first system. Our oil in Alberta is extracted and processed much more responsible than this.
