Live fluid acrylic pouring
In 45 minutes we will be going live.......for a paint night Covid style. If you are late coming to the party......Lori will be demonstrating how to do 2 different types of Fluid Acrylic Pouring . Anyone can do this.......... What you need 9 by 11 Canvas or whatever size you have ... Acrylic Paint (heavy body, professional or dollar store craft paint) Water Floetrol (you can get it at Dulux Paints in Canada) but water can also be used Gloves (if you dont like your hands getting painted on ) Level table cups either disposable or ones you can wash out Your drink of choice (mine is coffee ) See you at 7 pm ET

If you want to pour along with Lori you will need the following: 1 canvas ........any size however a 9 x 11 is a good size to start with 2: Acrylic Paint ... it can be craft paint (from the dollarstore) , beginner artist paint from your favourite store, or heavy body or professional grade acrylic paint. It is up to you as to what paint you use. 3: a table that is level. Use an actual level in order to make sure that there is no tilt. 4: disposable cups......or glass cups if you dont mind washing them out. 5: Water............ 6: Floetrol if you have it, water if you dont . You can buy Floetrol at Dulux Paints in Canada. Home Depot I think in the US 7: A coffee, glass of wine a cocktail.........
A commissioned piece ..........17" x 22.5" this sign is meant to be outside. No the paint will not wear off, nor will it peel off as it has been sealed. The wood is meant to age naturally so its only sealed where its been painted. For your own sign, they are $45 for this size. The wood itself is made from upcycled pallet wood. Wording for your sign is up to you as is what insect or animal appears on it.
