What do you do when you get asked a lot of questions? Whether it’s from your clients going through your program or during your launch, you need to address what it is they want to know Questions are a package deal when you’re a coach... Clarity questions about a module Something that just isn’t making sense A missing piece they can't find This will happen! There will be a gap in your program that someone will need help navigating As their coach, answer the question Then, add it to the content of your program You’ve now increased the value for the next round As this happens with each round, the content becomes more clear, there are fewer questions, and your clients will get massive value When it is during your launch and it’s about your program... Go live, talk about the question, answer it and how your program covers this aspect of business Create a post walking your audience through the solution Post a story talking about the key points of the question and clarify the answer to your audience If one person is asking out loud, you can be darn sure many more are thinking it Answering questions and providing clarity is not a bad thing Your audience will appreciate the information, they’ll know you’re actually listening, and you’re willing to engage with them Comment below with the questions you have, I want to hear from you!

You just got paid NOW WHAT? . . It’s time to welcome your new clients in like a VIP .... . The first step in their experience immediately following their purchase . . Facebook Group info and instructions on joining (ie: providing the same email address they purchased the program with) . . Key dates (ie: when the program starts, weekly calls if applicable, or open office hours) . . How they reach you directly if it’s part of your program . . and / or . . Who to contact if they have support questions . . Consider how you would feel after investing in a program . . What you would need to hear to feel like you are being welcomed into something amazing? . . Welcoming your client into your program in a way the instills confidence, gives them all the information they need to get started, and your encouragement for success . . The great thing about this super important part it can all be automated to be delivered right after your program has been purchased! . . Want help with your launch automation? Fear is one of the biggest challenges in business, especially when you’re introducing something new to the world Fear of failing Fear of the opinions of those you care about... Fear of not being good enough I understand it I’ve lived it And at times, still experience it I get fumbled up when I am not 100% ready for a question and even when I am ready, self doubt still kicks in once in a while I takes 10 times longer to do something because I want it to be perfect I’ve got it done to only 2 times I didn’t tell friends and family I was venturing out on my own until months later for fear that they wouldn’t support me or tell me I wasn’t good enough But over time I have gained confidence in what I am doing I have clients that are kick ass I’m recognizing my contribution to their successes and so are they! My friends and family are supportive of my endeavours I’m moving my business in a direction that aligns with me and what I want for my life The fears I had were just that, fears! Overwhelmed with where to start when launching your new program? Take baby steps! Choose your program start date... Choose your challenge/ webinar date Choose your cart open date Choose your cart close date Make sure you mark these dates on a calendar From there, you can plan the rest of your launch You can decide when your sales page needs to done ( before your cart opens ) When your first module needs to be ready by if you're launching a new course ( your program launch date ) The dates your launch emails and on-boarding sequences need to be completed (before your webinar/ challenge date ) Give yourself time to get your tech, copywriting, and sales page setup...but not too much time Choose your dates AND stick with them! Tell me, what are you launching before the end of the year?

Launching a new program or course? How do you navigate all the things that need to be done? First, list out everything you need to do to be ready for your launch date.... Second, apply REALISTIC timelines to those items. Third, take it step by step and get the next thing done. Fourth, start promoting your program now! Remember, you do not have to have your program done before you start selling. All you have to do is be one week ahead of your students when creating your course or program. Another option is to have someone manage your launch for you. Making sure there is a plan and that things are getting done when they need to be. They take care of all those steps. So you can focus on your audience and what they need. Bringing more potential students in to your world. More people to warm up and buy your program. Comment or message and let's get your launch on!
