Guess what!!! On Sunday Sept 27th we will be offering Pad Thai at Home Kits. Each kit contains all the ingredients to make a single serving of our famous Pad Thai at home. Everything is chopped and portioned, you just need to toss it all in a pan and finish it at home. Pick up your kit on Sunday Sept 27 and prepare it anytime within the next 2 days so ingredients are nice and fresh. You can preorder on our website now!

Yesterday we had our own @pridecollingwood mini celebration. We had so much fun and wed like to thank a few special people. A huge shout out to @crowbarandvariety for the generous donation of the use of AV equipment. Our Queens sounded amazing! Also thank you to our awesome neighbours @petit_espressopost and @bmfafoundationarts! And of course a huge round of applause to the fabulous @katinka_kature and @baby_bel_bel!!! We will be seeing these ladies back at Low Dow again soon. Sorry to those who missed out. We chose not to publicize our event and keep it a surprise as to not encourage large group gatherings. Also, big thanks to Julie @mycollingwood for catching these awesome shots!

Patio is OPEN! Weve got a gorgeous spaced out patio and a fine looking crew sporting all the appropriate PPE. Come try this whole dining out thing again. Thursday, Friday and Saturday 3-9pm. No reservations, but you can call prior to wanting to visit and be added to the wait list.

Three months ago when we were forced to close our doors to the public and everyone was ordered to stay home we came up with the idea to offer free local delivery. Somewhat lucky for us, Cassies husband Jay had also been laid off from his restaurant job due to covid and had some time to kill. Jay had life long aspirations of being a delivery driver and he offered to be paid in bao buns so we signed him to the team. A few weeks into shut down @mikejacksongmc reached out to us... to offer us the most generous act of kindness. They provided us with a free rental car to use for deliveries. We cant thank the team at Mike Jacksons enough. Our customers loved seeing Jay zipping around in the Chevy Spark! When it comes to supporting local Mike Jacksons has set the bar high, and we will always be grateful for this. As we move forward in hopes of reopening to the public the time has come to retire both Jay and our Chevy Spark. Jay has officially returned to his previous job at Northwinds in Collingwood and we have returned our car to the dealership. We hope you enjoyed your delivery experience. We will still be offering online orders for pickup. Now show both @pkstpr and @mikejacksongmc some love for helping Low Down through this wild ride!

Ramen is back! Our online menu is ready to go. Preorder for takeout Tuesday-Saturday now! Also, we are still working with the municipality to set up an expanded patio. We hope we will have good news for you soon!

Pad Thai is coming off the menu next week to make room for RAMEN! Heres your warning folks. Make sure you get your Pad Thai fix in Friday or Saturday. Then next week we will be slurping on some finneee ramen !! We know for some people this will break your heart, but our small menu is ever changing and we promise it will return.

We are very excited about the idea of opening a patio SOON! But this weekend is too soon, our patio will not be open this weekend. We need to make sure we have all the proper policies and safety protocols in place before opening. So stay tuned!

Times are changing and so is our menu. Next week (starting Tuesday May 5) we will be switching up the menu a bit. Due to the limited amount of staff we have cooking up your meals we have a reduced menu and we want to play around with it a bit and switch things up. We will be temporarily removing the ramen to make room for a couple other bowls that weve been getting requests for.
