Planning has begun for this year's "Woman to Woman - a portrait series." campaign to raise money for the Canadian Women's Foundation in celebration of International Women's Day! It's time to shine a light on the woman (or women) who have helped guide and shape you. This year, I hope to reach farther than my own studio and collaborate with local, female-run businesses who are willing to host a "portrait session" for the campaign. If you know of anyone who would be interested ...in hosting at their location (just for a few hours one day), please tag them below or send me their info! We'll be getting starting in the new year, scheduling the portrait dates throughout January and February. All proceeds going to the Canadian Women's Foundation! throwbackthursday to last month when I had the honour of photographing Dr. Drew at The Human Gathering. He is a truly inspiring person and it was so great to hear him speak (and to photograph him!). He is so passionate about helping others and he just truly shines.

Tomorrow, I am off to Los Angeles to photograph The Human Gathering, which is sure to be an amazing event. I feel so fortunate to be going on this new adventure. There is just so much about it that I am looking forward to - being able to photograph everyone and everything, meeting incredible people, hearing the speakers, LEARNING, and really just truly experiencing it all. I had a recent shoot with the ladies of Soar Bounce Fitness and, as always, it was a pleasure. I feel so fortunate to work with them and it's been fun to work with them on their brand imagery.
