The stability ball chest fly strengthens the upper and lower pectoralis major, biceps brachii, and anterior deltoid. It also requires you to engage your glutes ...and core for stabilization. This exercise allows you to move through a broader range of motion than the floor press, targeting your chest to a greater degree. See more

DOES YOUR GYM HAVE AN INVERSION TABLE?! If so and you haven’t tried this bad boy out yet - this is your sign. Get on it! WHAT DOES IT DO?... Uses your own body weight in combination with gravity to elongate the spine and relieve back pain Lengthens the supporting muscles of the spine and encourages the body into correct posture Feel your body decompress and your muscles loosening up INVERSION TABLE BENEFITS: 1 Include after workout to reduce DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) 2 Reduce nerve pressure - helps with conditions like sciatica 3 Realign the spine 4 Relax tense muscles 5 Reduce stress 6 Improve joint health 7 Increase flexibility 8 Improve fitness & build core strength HOW LONG SHOULD I INVERT? Begin with 30-60 seconds per session and advance only as you feel comfortable Keep in mind that frequency (inverting more often) is more important than duration (inverting for longer periods of time) Over time, work up to 3-5 minutes or as long as it takes for your muscles to relax and release It’s important to always listen to your own body and do what feels most comfortable to you! Remember - inversion is about relaxation and enjoyment. Warning: Do not use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma or any other eye disease, heart disease, a history of strokes, hiatal hernia, inner ear problems, or are pregnant. NOTE: VIDEO IS SPEED UP - THIS SHOULD BE DONE AS SLOWLY AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID INJURY. PLEASE READ ALL CAUTIONS AND ASK FOR A MANUAL IF YOU NEED FURTHER INFORMATION.

The Romanian deadlift (RDL) is a traditional barbell lift used to develop the strength of the posterior chain muscles, including the erector spinae, gluteus max...imus, hamstrings and adductors. When done correctly, the RDL is an effective exercise that helps strengthen both the core and the lower body with one move.
