The wait is over complimentary hemming at lululemon Kelowna will return on August 3! With health and safety continuing to be number one for our teams, the hemming process may look a little different than youre used to in order to ensure safe physical-distancing practices at all times. Here are some of the changes were making: - All garments will be self-pinned by you. There are two options for this: you can either pin the garment at home and then drop it off with one of o...ur educators at the front door (no need to wait in line!), or one of our educators can support you in store and guide you through the self-pinning process to ensure you get the right fit. - Your hemming will be completed in 72 hours (unless otherwise indicated to you by one of our educators). No need to wait in line to pick up just let our educator at the front door know you are here for hemming pick-up, and they will retrieve it for you. - We are able to hem pants, shirts, and sleeves, but are not able to alter the garment in any way other than length. If you need specific guidance on how to pin a certain item, our educators will be happy to support you in store or over the phone. - We only offer straight-cut hemming this means we cannot offer hemming on products that have special technical features such as zippers, mesh, a cuff, etc. and any curved hemlines will not be maintained. - All products must be freshly laundered before being brought in for hemming. Happy International Womens Day to our amazing community. This morning we were able to celebrate with some of you, and we have a few people to thank. We were so grateful to host this practice at the beautiful Our Yoga Space, so a big thank you to our legacy ambassador Taylor Morrice and her team for opening their doors to the community. The ladies at Saje Wellness elevated this event by joining us with roll ons, sprays,essential oils and a lululemon X Saje gift bag, and we ar...e so thankful to have been able to collaborate with your team. Also, this events energy and soul was produced by the amazing Kelly Day and Rachel Franois. Thank you so much ladies for leading us through this practice and bringing out everyones appreciation for equality and self love.
