Hey Lushies, as you know, Winnipeg typically sees its coldest temperatures in mid to late February, regularly hitting the -40C mark. Due to COVID-19, local shelters and outreach centers are low on key winter inventory including thick socks, winter jackets, toques, base layers and more. To help address this community issue, CF Polo Park is partnering with Resource Assistance for Youth (RaY) to host a winter clothing drive at the mall from February 24 - March 3, 2021. The mall has dedicated a storefront for this effort and will be taking over the former Squish store on the upper level during this time frame to collect essential winter items for RaY to help Warm Up Winnipeg. There will also be a drop off location at Guest Services. Please come drop off any items you may have!

Love is in the air Lushies! We know we’ve got a newfound appreciation for showing those around us that we care, and it’s not too late to do so with a little Lush love. Hey Lushies of Winnipeg, we are so excited to announce the next phase of our alternative shopping. Our store will start offering in-store shopping starting today - and this means that you will be able to come into the shop and pick out your favourite goodies! Things might also look a bit different as we've limited our product displays to ensure that you are always getting the freshest items. And you can expect these safety precautions from our team: regular hand washing, sani...tizing equipment, and a limited number of people in the store at one time. We will ask all customers to wash their hands once entering our shop, our teams will not be offering demos, our staff will be staying a safe distance away from you at all times, we will be wiping down all payment tools like pin pads after each use, and each team member will be wearing masks. We are so excited to get you your favorite Lush products while keeping everyone safe. And don't worry! We're still offering our contactless pickup options if you do not want to come inside the shop!

You can either order online and pickup in store, or just come to the store front and we'll gather you your order on the spot. Here are some of the safety measures we’re taking in our stores at the moment: health checks for staff, disinfecting touchpoints between each customer, and ensuring a safe distance between staff and customers.
