Hey Lushies of Vancouver, we are so excited to announce the next phase of our alternative shopping. Our store will start offering customers entry into the shop on Wednesday June 17th - this means that you will be able to come into the shop and get all your Lush goodies! Yay! Things might look a bit different as we've limited our product displays to ensure that you are always getting fresh items straight from the box. Our staff will be routinely washing their hands and cleanin...g all surfaces. We will ask all customers to wash their hands once entering our shop. Staff will be wearing their face coverings, and we ask that you wear yours too. Our teams will not be offering demos, our staff will be staying a safe distance away from you at all times, and we will be wiping down all payment tools like pin pads after each use. It’s been two weeks since we temporarily closed our North American shops in an effort to help flatten the curve on the spread of Covid-19. To ensure community safety, we will be extending our temporary shop closures and have scaled back our manufacturing operations. For our shop, it means that we don’t know when we will be able to reopen, but will ensure to keep you updated. It’s clear that the effects of this virus will be more disruptive to our business and communities t...han we had anticipated.
