A No cooling call that I have not seen before. Red squirrels were the cause of this customers warm home. This probably took place back in the fall, but the squirrels chewed threw the protective wire coating, the wire and the soffit! The wire shorted to the copper pipe and blew the fuse. Caught this 2016 not such a Good-man furnace with some serious problems!! Usually when Im maintaining furnaces and inspect the heat exchanger for cracks or wear I only find hair line cracks. Those cracks are putting Carbon Monoxide!! In your familys home!! Not good! This 2016 Goodman furnace has massive HOLES in it!!! This was very upsetting to find!
