Dear Lynn Valley Bikes Community, Effective Thursday, March 26, we are open for business by appointment only! While we did not cease operations, we did close our store to the public in response to one of our staff members taking ill. We are now able to confirm that our staff member’s illness was not COVID related.... We took this time to reshape our procedures around physical distancing and safe operations of the store. As always, our primary concern is to protect the health of our staff, families, customers and community. There will be no more lining up outside the store. If you have a simple item you need to purchase or a bike to drop-off for repair, please call (778-340-3001) and we’ll process the transaction over the phone. We have implemented curbside pick-up / drop-off. If your purchase requires an in-store visit, please call (778-340-3001) to make an appointment. Our primary concern has always been to protect the health of our staff, families, customers and community. We were informed today that one of our staff has fallen ill. Hey everyone We expect that this announcement will come as a surprise to no one. We are confirming that our anniversary party and demo day scheduled for Saturday, April 4 has been cancelled.
