For the last 2 years we has been working hard to secure our presence in the Asian continent and we choose Thailand a country with lot potential in the cocoa beans production for bean to bar chocolate We will have a big presen...ce in the province of Chumphon where has a long history in cocoa beans production ,we also in province of ChiangRai at north of Thailand and the Nan province. with help of our team and their experience we will have a fermentation and selection process centre in Chumphon. Our goal it is to protect ,respect and promote the origins of Chumphon, ChiangRai ,and Nan and commercialization of such great origins of fine of flavors of cocoa beans We implemented new fermentation and selection protocols to discover the great potential of our harvest . We hope for this summer we will have the first shipment to canada and Europe and offer to all bean to bars chocolates makers. See more
