From BOROZORO.COM November 21, 2021 How Canadian companies hire international candidates: In order to increase the likelihood of getting a job in Canada as an international candidate, it is useful to understand the process behind how a Canadian company is allowed to hire a foreign worker. There are a few routes by which a company in Canada can use to hire international workers. In almost every case, a Canadian company can only hire someone from ou...tside Canada, if it obtains what is called a labour market impact assessment (LMIA). Essentially, when a Canadian company obtains an LMIA it has proven to the Canadian Government that hiring a non-Canadian will not harm the Canadian job market. In order to prove this, a company must demonstrate that there are no Canadian candidates available for the particular position. This requires the company to show that it tried to hire a Canadian for the position but wasn’t able to find one and, therefore, it must look outside Canada. In general, only companies that have received a positive LMIA can hire international candidates. So, if you are hoping to find a Canadian company to provide you with a job offer in connection to either a work permit application or an Express Entry application, you will need to find a company that has a valid LMIA and is currently seeking to hire someone for the particular position. Kindly contact me via WhatsApp or via Messenger with your questions.

One of things about the Canadian Federation for Citizenship is encouraging "homegrown leadership".
Canada's Parent/Grandparent Sponsorship program revised August 2018: "In 2019, we will no longer randomly select potential sponsors to submit applications. Instead, we will now invite them simply at the beginning of the year to get on a computer, to submit an interest to sponsor form online and we will simply accept people based on the order that they submit that form............ And so we will just accept everyone until we reach a cap of 20,000. And that is a fairer first-in system that treats everyone the same and doesnt rely on agents or spending more money. Were working, therefore, to make the necessary changes to our application system to adapt to this new fairer system" #MakeCanadaYourHome #Canada #Immigration
Here are some occupations in high demand in Alberta. It is sad that immigration officers and border authorities continuously allow their personal prejudices to colour their decisions about applicants. Discretionary authority is not incompatible with being compassionate and recognizing the humanity in others.
