Update on the Community Garden Project - If you did not receive a plant yesterday or today and you live in Middleton you can come to the Greenhouse beside Macd...onald Museum tomorrow morning (June 19) between 9 AM and 10 AM This includes those who live in an apartment. You will need to verify your address when you arrive as this is only for Middleton Residents and we have a very limited number of plants left. It is only one plant per household so please do not ask to pick up plants for other people. This will be while supplies last. We would like to extend a huge thank you to our Parks staff for their help over the last two days Karl and Sue, we could not have done this huge undertaking without them and to Councilor Michael Fairn who helped handing out plants yesterday. If you DID receive a plant - please be sure to plant it and water it as soon as possible with this heat it will need immediate attention. Hello folks! Well, it's almost the end of April and those who can are still sheltering at home to be safe and to take care of our communities. We appreciate the essential workers who are so dedicated in helping keep things going, thank you all! I have no Market news yet since we don't know at this point when or if the Museum can open this summer. Stay tuned for updates. Be safe everyone.

We are hiring! If you were a full time student this year and will be attending university or college this coming fall, you can apply for a fun summer job at Mac...donald Museum. Be a Museum Assistant, a part of our great team, and gain job experience for the future! Duration of employment would normally be 14 weeks, but due to the current closures, will likely be less. We will do our best keeping the health and safety of staff and public in the forefront. Interviews will be held online or by phone later in April.
