Hot tip! (pun intended) If you have a hot-water radiator that’s not heating, the cause might be trapped air. Releasing air, or "bleeding" it is simple. At one end of the radiator is a valve, turn it counterclockwise. It will hiss as the air rushes out. Close the valve once water starts dripping out.
