Our first sale is on the Nature's Aid Shampoo and Conditioner bars! On sale for $11.95 & if you buy two you get a bath bomb, or a lip balm, or a soap dish for free! Jeni's review:... I've used the shampoo and conditioner and I love them! I have very thick curly hair and I've noticed it takes a lot less shampoo and conditioner for my hair compared to using liquid. It smells amazing and I like how my hair feels after. I also love the minimal packaging and I can feel good about less waste using these.

Hair hack! If you're anything like me sometimes your scalp and hair could just use some extra love. I believe this vinegar hair rinse does that. I use this at least once a week and my scalp feels so good! The recipe is simple and can be altered to your own preference. -2-4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar... -6-8 drops of any essential oil - a cup of water. - a bottle (I know most ladies have the bottle pictured on the right) The essential oils definitely help to cut down the ever so lovely apple cider vinegar smell, but after it's rinsed out you can no longer smell the vinegar in your hair anyway. I add this in after I shampoo/rinse. I make sure that I get the base of my scalp, then put it into the ends of my hair and rinse! I forgot to post yesterday but my wine is all finished! Overall 5/5 My reasoning for a full 5 star review:... - Extremely affordable. $29.99 for just over 5 bottles of wine, that is a deal. - Taste. This obviously differs person to person. I am not typically a red wine drinker but I quite like this one! The smell is not overbearing, it has a minor dry taste with just the right amount of bite to it. I'll be trying it with a sangria mix as well and I think it will be the perfect base for it. Last but not least, this was super easy! The instructions are easy to follow, each step took 5 minutes or less to do, I love that I could leave it on my counter. It took up such little space, it didn't make my kitchen smell. There are so many things I could say about it. If you've been debating on giving it a try absolutely do! Now I can even brag that I made my own wine right from home!

Trying something new tonight! Giving the DIY kit a try! So far super simple. Pour the winemaking juice into the fermenting bag, add water to the line, add yeast bentonite and oak, shake and leave the cap sitting on top of the bag for 11 days! Excited to see where this goes!

Soapnuts test #2 4.5/5 For this test round I tested a few things, different fabrics, stain removal, and adding essential oils for smell. I noticed on some of my stretchier clothing that the soapnuts left it with a sort of funky smell. That being said you can add essential oils to your soapnuts to add a scent, some people use it as an added antibacterial element. I used a tangerine essential oil just to see if my clothes would smell like tangerine. They didn't, but I not...iced it pulled out that funky smell from my stretchy clothing. So I'm happy with that! Soapnuts do not advertise stain removal. So it was a bit unfair to rate them for stain removal when that's not one of their selling points. That being said I think they still did a great job. On fresh stains they seemed to come right out, and on older tougher stains they definitely didn't remove everything but I'm still quite impressed with what did come out. They definitely have some stain removal ability, they clean my regular clothes amazingly and while essential oils may not add any smell they don't leave a bad smell either!

Soapnuts test #1 I figured the best way to test the no scent feature of soapnuts would be to find the stinkiest thing I have and wash it. So my daughter's cloth diapers were the perfect choice! I also do a lot of baking. Not tidy baking either so I thought seeing the difference it made on my apron would showcase how well it can get mess out. ... All I can say is wow. I cannot smell anything on these diapers. A big problem with detergent and cloth diapers can be the ammonia smell. It's simply not there. They smell like absolutely nothing. And even better they look and feel fantastic. The liners feel and absorb better now than while I was using detergent to wash them. As for the apron.. I think the pictures speak for themselves!! I've seen that people will add essential oils to their soapnuts to give their laundry a scent of their choice and I will be testing that also so stay tuned! Anything else you want to know about the product? What else do you want me to wash to test these out? Let me know in the comments!

Himalayan Soapnuts! A bit about the product and I'll post my review later! Soapnuts are organic, 100% biodegradable, scent free and are nut free! They are safe to use for anyone with a nut allergy as they are actually a berry. ... A small box of soap nuts is $11.95 and will do 60 loads at least. Instructions are quite simple, place 6-8 soapnuts halves in the bag provided and throw it in with your clothes! They are scent free, they have no additives or preservatives, great for sensitive skin and greatest of all they are a Canadian company.
