Local officials have notified us that it is safe to reopen for full services again. We have setup all the necessary safety protocols to establish social distancing. ... Our current clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Evening and Saturday hours will hopefully be available in the near future. Appointments are required for all services (eye exams, glasses, repairs/adjustments and pickups). Contact Lenses can be shipped directly to your address at no extra charge! If you would like to make an appointment or have any questions, please call/text the clinic (780.462.8209), so that we can get back to providing the care you and our community expect and deserve. IMPORTANT: If you are infected with COVID-19 or think you may have been infected, please contact us in advance before coming in. This way we will know the proper way to help you. We will be closed for routine eye care appointments until further notice Out of an abundance of caution and considering the recent spread of COVID-19 ( Coronavirus ) infection in our community, we are closing our office to routine appointments until further notice. This is based on the AHS recommendation as well as our concerns for your overall health. We will work with you to find another date for you appointment. Please know that we will still be available for any urgent e...ye care needs such as eye infections, eye injuries, sudden vision loss and broken/lost glasses. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? We will still be here for you in your time of need. We will be answering our phones while we are open, to help answer your questions, to place contact lens orders, to schedule urgent/emergent patients and to schedule your future routine appointments. We will be checking phone messages and emails on days we are closed. We are offering to extent contact lens prescriptions for up to 6 months for our current patients. If you are in need of contact lens please call the office at 780-462-8209 and we will place your order and ship your contacts to your home. We will be available to see and urgent/emergent patients such as red eyes, sudden vision changes, injuries and other urgent issues that may come up. We will be available for limited curbside pickup of glasses / contact lens. Please call the office to schedule curbside pickup time on the days we will be open. We will also be available to repair glasses as a curbside drop off. We will not be able to make any adjustments to eye-wear on your face but we ask that you return to our office after normal hours have resumed for any adjustments of current or new eye-wear. Please know that as always we are here for you. If you need special assistance or have any questions about your specific situation please feel free to call us. We will return any messages that you leave and doing everything possible to help our you with your needs!
