I just had my home tested for Radon Gas as my sons bedroom is in the basement, and with Covid it’s been a very very long March break for him in his lair. The results were 8x the acceptable limits! Took my breath away. Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer. I advise when purchasing a home, never to skip this test.
