Heres an at-home Progress Tip for Big Wave 8 students, and any other swimmer who might enjoy this activity! Skill: Eggbeater Sit upright on the edge of a chair, couch or the bed and use your legs (from the knees down) to draw circles. When youre feeling strong and comfortable at this, start alternating the circles!
