Chocolate is my muse, it sparks aliveness within me, the delicate dance of delectable desire. The slowly melting pot of wonder, the smooth aromatic tongue tickling taste-bud titilation, the warm delightful notes of rich cacao butter choclatey-goodness filling the air.... I have so much gratitude for this medicine, and it's an honour to deepen the connection with cacao and learn more of it's story. As some of you may know I'm PASSIONATE about fair-trade, vegan, organic choco...late and spent the spring attending chocolate school. In addition to a work-study on a chocolate farm and studying the cacao plant with local cacao growers in Central America. As well as being a chocolate covered child since day 1. So with this gathered wisdom and experience I'm excited to be moving in the direction of chocolate catering/custom orders. If you'd like to have me provide an array of chocolates which includes a chocolate dipping fountain and fresh fruit/crepes at your next event then let me know! Family! Gratitude is the best medicine! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I've been taking a break from a lot of my creative muses this summer(including work on this page) as I focus on massage work and self -care.... I'm slowly learning how to manage my creative chaos and balance it out in a healthy way or as I like to call it creating structured-flow. Weaving a space for both chaos magic and dissaplined energy to co-exist. I'm happy to witness and be part of this growth within. My recent visit to see family(and this glorious sister bear) re-inspired my inner creative and I'm excited to share some offerings I've had brewing in my heart for the past while...so stay tuned!

I have always been fascinated by ariel silks, they are so delicate and feminine, soft and beautiful. Experienced silk performers make it look easy and seamless yet as I slowly (and slightly ungracefully)learn I've come to realize that to get to know this art form takes and incredible amount of strength, bruises, blisters, dedication, trust, patience, and most of all surrender. But I'm happy for this new hobby and the process it takes...now to keep up the arm work!

So joyful to be studying introductory herbalism through WildRose College... I've been loving this course and learning about the magic of the plants all around us! I made a new moon wild rose tincture yesterday to honour this powerful time of Gemini, the tincture is infused with rose quartz and so much love! I left it to rest inside a big cedar tree to soak up the magic of this moon cycle and Earth for an extra potent heart medicine! ... I also will be making other infusions and some rose heart balms and massage oils so stay tuned! Sunscreen Season is back! I'm a fair-skinned baby and I don't like gunk on my skin..the all natural sun protecting cream(found in our facebook shop) has been a game changer for me. I've avoided burns in the heat of summer and this cream leaves my skin feeling so nourished and replenished! Also I've had friends of various skins testify saying that this is some of the best natural sunscreen they've ever used! Made with organic and natural skin nourishing ingredients! Selling of these lovely body butter/lotions. This is the last of my supply and I am a bit hesitant to sell them because part of me wants to keep them all to myself ahah! This stuff is amazing though. I have two versions.. one is richer and is scented with the organic essential oils of frankincense, ylang-ylang, and patchouli the second one is lighter, infused with rose water, and scented with the organic essential oils of Cedarwood and lavender. The Richer one is great for cr...acked heels, stretch marks, wrinkles, some deep skin nourishment and for some self care evenings after a bath or used for massage. The second one is great for all those things too but it is lighter and made to be anti-inflammatory and lighter on the skin... better for an everyday moisturizer. I love bringing this one on hikes with me especially when I've had too much sun and need something soothing. Both of these products are amazing and smell like chocolate heaven. The ingredients are all organic and the base is fair trade Shea/cocoa butter and coconut oil. I also have a limited amount of sunscreen available.
