#tbt to November 2016, when Many Hats Workspace was coming to life: "Just a little preview of the beauty that is to come". We were excited then and we're just as excited now to be working on NEW plans for new coworking spaces in HRM.

Online yoga is here! Careen from Namaste Spiritual Studio presents Mindful Mondays and Twisted Tuesdays at 5:30-6:30pm, Warrior Wednesday at 9:30-10:30am, and Flexible Fridays at 9:45-10:45am. Check out her Facebook page @yogawithcareen for details.
