2016 Starcraft This "bunkhouse" unit that sleeps 9 ( queen bed, fold out couch , bunk room has closing door with table that converts to a bed and 3 bunks -as well as storage area and 4 drawer dresser). It has an outdoor kitchen (sink and small fridge).There is a stove top,oven ,fridge with a freezer and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, sink, medicine cabinet,regular size porcelain toilet and a door to the outside.There is a skylight in the kitchen area- we have a small ...styrofoam piece there just to keep the trailer cooler. The air conditioner is in good working order and there is built in stereo both inside and out. Included: deck (approx. 12 by 15) , the gazebo (10 by 12), the solar light hanging in the gazebo, the wooden table and chairs inside, the wooden movable island, the television, wooden folding work service (it is currently stored on the top bunk), the small brown footstool (beside the master bed) the sunscreen across the far side, and all attached clothes hanging racks on the walls and all floor mats. We will also leave all products we have therefore closing (antifreeze etc).There are 2- 30 lb propane tanks that also come with the trailer. Also included: BBQ, 2020 & 2021 Season Fees!!!! Not Included: all dishes,pots ,pans ,cutlery and small appliances (ie coffee maker, toaster oven), all outdoor furniture (with the exception of the metal green settee by the fire pit if they want it we will leave it) , the outdoor storage bin, lawnmower, the large solar lights, all tools and wheelbarrow.
