Low inventory continues to drive Chatham-Kent home prices. Creating a pure sellers market! Contact for listing appointment. Chatham-Kent’s real estate market reached another record high average selling price of nearly $260,000 in April, with no signs of subsiding. Steve Carroll, president of the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors, said local realtors hadn’t expected this kind of record market activity.... The average price of homes sold last month was $259,683, an increase of 18.7 per cent from April 2018, according to monthly statistics released Wednesday by the association. The more comprehensive year-to-date average price was $245,186, a surge of 26.6 per cent from the first four months of 2018!
