Above Ground Pool Owners: The water level in your pool has probably come up with the rain we've been getting. Re-draining the pool is necessary BEFORE ice forms. ... DO NOT re-drain pool if ice has formed. Remove your winter cover BEFORE the snow comes. If you have any questions, please contact us as we are here to help!

Your Softub will naturally cool at times, only about 2-3 degrees and then your heat cycle will automatically start. In order to get it going sooner, press the jets button a couple hours before entering.
