Our Client Care team will respond and let our technician team know you are here. From there the technician or Doctor will be in touch to review general history over your cell phone. We will then bring your pet inside the clinic and provide the care they require unique to the conversation you discussed. The Doctor or Technician... will update you on what we found and Plans throughout the appointment as necessary. Your pet will be returned to your vehicle and we can process payments through credit card, debit card, e-transfer. We continue to provide the best service we can during these times and are happy to answer any questions about the process or care of your pet! Today is #WorldRabiesDay So far in 2020, the Grey-Bruce Public Health Unit has confirmed 3 cases of rabies in bats. The rabies vaccine is required by law in Ontario, contact us to find out if your pet is up-to-date!

Summer may be winding down, but we are still working hard! It’s time to introduce another clinic staff member! Join us in welcoming the amazing Holly- the newest addition to our veterinary technician team! Holly had been a happy face at Markdale Veterinary Services several years ago, and now she has returned after completing school and working at a dairy farm. Holly has extensive farm animal experience, which pairs perfectly with her love of companion animals! Here she is snuggling Mr Mac a handsome Rottweiler puppy who just received his vaccines as part of his complete puppy wellness package! A new week, a new staff member to introduce! Please join us in welcoming our fantastic veterinary technician Sarah Vaughan! Sarah is passionate about animals of all sizes, and she is skilled in many aspects of veterinary medicine- from lab work to surgery! Sarah is also great at cuddling her patients- like handsome Mr. Evo who was here for his 12 week puppy visit . Welcome to the MVS team Sarah, we are so happy you’ve joined us!

You may notice some new faces or rather new voices - at MVS! Our team is growing, and we would like to first introduce the lovely Dr. Clarissa O’Sullivan! Dr. Clarissa graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College and has been with us for the past few months. Her love for animals is obvious in the great care she provides to her clients and patients. Here she is loving up on Mia the most beautiful puppy who was in for puppy vaccines! Isn’t her collar just the cutest thing ever!?! Welcome to the team Dr. Clarissa, we are so excited to have you!
