As per the latest announcement from our government, we are closed yet again. Lets hope this may be the last time. We sincerely apologize to those we had to cancel between now and May 20th and we thank you for your understanding and concern. We are still optimistic and have everything crossed for May long weekend. If nothing else, if we could at least get our seasonals in then.
Happy Easter everyone!
Yay! We are back!
Happy Friday!! Sometimes the little things bring the most joy This amazing drawing was sent to us from a wonderful family who have stayed here on multiple occasions. Faith Lichty age 14, had an art assignment for school, which she chose to sketch the view from the cottage that her and her family were staying in. She is full of talent and has truly has captured the beauty. Way to go Faith! Keep up the amazing work, and thank you for sharing, and allowing us to share. We give you an A+++
Happy New Year! Wishing everyone a healthy, happy and prosperous 2021.

Taking London for a walk we discovered this on Refinery road , between the refinery and Marsh Bay Rd. We have contacted the Township of Coleman Fire Dept, who gladly came out to inspect the situation. Not sure if a potential arson attempt, as who would decide to have a fire beside the bush, surrounded by our campers, friends, neighbours, and community? Not going to be people looking to pull up chairs and have s'mores. People need to understand their actions and be accountabl...e. This could have been catastrophic for many innocent and amazing people. Thank you Dan Cleroux and Don Laitinen for coming out on your Sunday Be on the lookout for any suspicious behaviour and unknown individuals. As well, it has been brought to our attention (thank you Kevin ) that someone was operating a chainsaw near midnight in recent nights. We reported this as well. #whodoesthis #iqofagummybear See more
Happy Canada Day everyone! We hope you all enjoy this beautiful day
We are very pleased to announce we are now open for business for short term rentals! Effective June 6th 2020. Thanks for all your patience and support. We look forward to seeing our many valued guests!
We are very happy to announce that we will be opening on Sat May 16th to our seasonal guests. We understand the plan is for gradual reopen, and continue to remain hopeful that it won't be long until we can open our cottages and non seasonal sites. If we all continue to do our part to keep our distance, maintain best hygiene practices, we will keep these Covid numbers down, and will be able to enjoy some of the things that we have been restricted from very soon. We will continue to update everyone with any changes and look forward to seeing many of you soon! Thank you all for your patience, support and for doing your part to stay safe and in doing so, keeping others safe.
Looks like we may be getting some awesome news tomorrow!!!! We are overly excited to say the least! Everyone keep your fingers crossed that we can bring on the camping season. (Safely of course!)
Hello all! We hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe during these unprecedented times. We just wanted to provide an update with respect to our temporary closure. As per our government's mandated closures, we will continue to remain closed until, as it stands, May 12, 2020. We will continue to update as we are notified of changes. ... Let's hope it's not too long before we can get to a fun and relaxing camping season! Stay safe everybody!
Wishing everyone a safe and happy Easter!!
To our valued guests, With growing global concerns around COVID-19 (coronavirus), we wanted to provide you with an update on our response to date and our commitment to you moving forward. The health, safety and well-being of our guests is Marsh Bay Resort's top priority and we are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities at this important time. We are committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment for all of our guests. First and foremost, we want... to assure our guests that we are taking all appropriate measures to ensure our resort remains safe and that we have existing plans, social distancing, and enhanced cleaning protocols in place to ensure they stay that way. While the Public Health Agency of Canada has assessed the current public health risk associated with coronavirus as low in our area, we continue to monitor for developments very closely. After much consideration, we have decided to close the resort for cottage bookings with requested stays from now until April 30, 2020. We will continue to update and advise if there are any changes. Thank you for your understanding! Stay well everyone! We will prevail. Kindest regards, Carolyn & Justin Marsh Bay Resort
