The Marsh Brothers Aviation Wiebel NLG Oleo Kit replaces the OEM metal lower bearing and floating piston with our AeroTough GF (ATGF) bearing and piston. The traditional use of rubber O-rings in dynamic sealing applications are replaced with the Thorseal lip seals and the metal piston scraper is replaced by a Thorseal wiper. The seats in the Aerostar are designed to roll on four aluminum rollers located at each seat corner. The rollers are made from a relatively soft aluminum running against steel sleeves, and are not supposed to be lubricated in accordance with the aircraft maintenance requirements. If the wear is uneven across the four rollers, the worn roller will not be able to support the seat which can cause the seat to bind making it difficult to move forward and backward. Marsh Brothers AeroTough GF bushings are made of a self-lubricating AeroTough GF material that is designed to repair the aluminum rollers. Due to its unique properties, AeroTough GF will run without wear for a very long time.

Our unique polymer has been used to make the standard spinner washers even better. These washers made from our Thordon polymer allow them to take the shape of the spinners curvature without cracking.
